Adults: rub liberally on the chest, throat and back and leave clothing loose. Children over 2 years: apply lightly to the chest and back and rub gently. Adults and children over 12 may also dissolve two teaspoonfuls in very hot water and inhale the vapour. Do not use in children under 2 years, in the nostrils, on broken skin or near the eyes.
