Centrum Men 30Tab is a comprehensive multivitamin and multimineral supplement formulated for adult men. It combines essential vitamins and minerals in amounts selected for the nutritional needs of the stated life stage. The adult formulas provide nutrients supporting daily energy release, normal immune function, metabolism, bones and muscles; women’s and men’s versions vary in their nutrient emphasis. The pregnancy pack additionally provides folate for maternal tissue growth and DHA for normal development of the foetal brain and eyes. Take the daily dose stated on the pack with water and preferably with a meal. Standard Centrum products are generally taken once daily; the Pregnancy + DHA pack requires the tablet and omega-3 capsule supplied for that day. Do not exceed the dose or combine with another multivitamin without checking total nutrient intake. Seek advice during pregnancy or when using medication.
Vitamins A, C, D3, E and B-complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, folic acid, B12, biotin), plus minerals including iron, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, iodine, chromium and magnesium; forms and strengths as declared on label; bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), tablet coating where applicable.
