Sit quietly for at least 5 minutes with feet flat on the floor and back supported. Place the cuff directly on the bare upper arm with the lower edge 1–2 cm above the elbow, keep the arm supported at heart level and press START. Remain still and do not talk during measurement. Wait 2–3 minutes before repeating and follow the manual for Bluetooth pairing and cuff-size suitability.
