Rest for at least 5 minutes, sit with back supported and feet flat, and place the cuff on the bare upper arm as shown in the manual. Select the correct user, keep the arm at heart level and press START. Stay still and silent until the result appears. Repeat only after 2–3 minutes if needed. A repeated AFib or irregular-heartbeat symbol should be discussed with a healthcare professional.
